If an agreement is not contained in your final Divorce paperwork then in the court’s eyes, it is not an agreement. Some of the things you should not forget to include:
- What time and where do you exchange the children
- Child support amount
- who is responsible for what expenses for the children
- How to divide retirement plans and accounts
- Anything that involves large sums of money or assets
- Survivorship benefits
- The name of the retirement plan or account
